Dermatology & Skin Cancer Surgery Center was founded in 1996 by Dr. Matthew D. Barrows. Over the past 20+ years, the practice has grown tremendously and now has 15 medical providers in 13 North Texas locations. The Celina location opened on July 2nd, 2018. Dr. Christopher Hixon is a board-certified Dermatologist in their Celina location.
